We have concluded appropriate agreements as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR with subcontractors and service providers who access or could access your personal data in any form as part of the execution of the order. Basis and purpose of the collection of data:

Inquiry forms: Data is collected for the purpose of obtaining information and establishing contact by the interested party. We follow the principle of data economy and collect only the most necessary data.

Interested parties in the bidding phase: The collection of data takes place in the context of pre-contractual measures and for the subsequent fulfillment of the contract.

Contractual partners: Data is collected and documents are stored for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

Free Visa Check: The collection takes place for the purpose of providing a free service as part of pre-contractual measures.

Data categories:

Inquiry forms: Name, e-mail address, company (voluntary). The data are limited to what is necessary to answer the request. The inquirer must necessarily disclose this data for his request.

Interested parties in the bidding phase: Depending on the pupose of the request, name of the interested party and relatives, dates of birth, dates of marriage, nationalities, places of birth, educational qualifications/university degree, employer information, employment information, salary information, address and registration data, e-mail, cell phone/landline/telephone in the office, driver’s license, vehicle data.

To the extent necessary for the submission of an offer, documents voluntarily provided by the interested party are also stored, the scope of which is based on the pre-contractual document storage for clients and beneficiaries acting as contractual partners.

Contractual partner: Name of the contractual partner and dependents, dates of birth, dates of marriage, nationalities, places of birth, educational qualifications/university degree, employer information, information on the employment relationship, salary information, address and registration data, cell phone/landline/telephone at work, account information, passwords, Schufa and credit report information, tax ID and tax class, social security data driver’s license, vehicle data.

Personal documents are also stored according to executional requirements: copies of passports or ID cards, residence permits/fictionary certificates/visas, work permits, personal documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, educational qualifications and associated legalizations/Apostilles, job descriptions/employer information/employment contracts, curriculum vitae, health certificates, powers of attorney, forms from public authorities, notes from public authorities, documents on private debt relationships (e.g. for utilities or telecommunications), account contracts, insurance documents, social security documents, driver’s licenses, Schufa information/rent debt-free confirmations, move-in confirmations, confidential self disclosure, bank account contracts, insurance documents, social security documents, driver’s licenses, personal housing profile, rental agreements, transfer records, vehicle documents, portrait photos, personal invoices and receipts, shipping and customs documents.

Free visa check: name, date of birth, nationality, place of birth, educational qualification/college degree, employer information, employment information, salary information. Without this data, it is not possible to assess the status of the inquirer for a work visa in Germany. Documents are not stored. If the inquirer wishes further processing of the inquiry, he/she enters the status of an interested party in the bidding phase.

Inquiry forms: No data will be passed on without the consent of the inquirer.

Interested parties in the bidding phase: Under certain circumstances, data or documents may be passed on to public authorities such as immigration authorities, registration authorities, the Federal Employment Agency, foreign missions of the Federal Republic of Germany for the purpose of assessing the case. As far as offers of third party private service providers, e.g. relocation services, travel services or the like are part of the requested offer of Anders Consulting, data will be transmitted to the providers, unless the inquirer explicitly objects.

Contractual partner (beneficiary, client): Foreign missions of the Federal Republic of Germany (for visa/residence permits), foreign missions of other states in Germany (for business visas and work visas abroad), foreigners authorities, Federal Employment Agency, registration authorities, offices for professional recognition and chambers of commerce, utility and telecommunications providers, broadcasting fees, banks, vehicle registration and driver’s license offices, child benefit offices, family benefits offices, health insurance providers, landlords/brokers, hotels/boarding houses, tax offices, language schools, insurance companies and brokers, tax consultants, freight forwarders/shippers/movers, customs, private service providers according to customer requirements, e.g. cleaning companies, craftsmen, car repair shops. If the employer is the client of the relocation services with an employee as the beneficiary, the data above may also be transferred to the before mentioned entities.

Free Visa Check: No data will be passed on without the consent of the inquirer.

Duration of data retention:

All data and documents will be stored, supplemented/updated and processed as long as required by the respective purpose for which the data was collected. You have the right to determine a specific deletion period. Deletion always takes place insofar as this does not conflict with any other statutory provisions and retention periods, e.g. in accordance with the Money Laundering Act (5 years), commercial law (6 years) or tax law (10 years).

Right to information:

You have the right to request information about the data and documents we store concerning you at any time.

Right to delete, rectify or restrict the processing of personal data:

If stored data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request correction or deletion. Furthermore, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data if the accuracy of the data is disputed, the processing is unlawful or the underlying purpose of the processing is fulfilled.

Right to object and withdraw consent to processing:

You have the right to generally object to the processing of your personal data at any time. We will then no longer process the data.

You can revoke consent to process your personal data for a specific purpose at any time. However, until the time of revocation, the processing remains lawful.

Right of transfer:

You can order that the stored data be transferred by the responsible party to a third party designated by you.

Right of appeal:

If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is carried out unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
