1. One service = one price. Standard services are not billed on a time and material basis. This acts like a cost airbag, no matter how time-consuming it is in individual cases. Booked services that are not used are not charged.
2. “One face – one customer”: From the moment they arrive, employees have just one contact person, their individual on-site relocation consultant. This creates a relationship of trust.
3. Transparency: The transparent conditions are just one example of this. We share all our knowledge and expertise with our customers.

Our service areas

1. Immigration: We assist our clients with all organizational steps relating to visa and residence matters concerning living and working in Germany. Thanks to our many years of cooperation with local registration and immigration authorities and the Federal Employment Agency (ZAV), we can provide efficient support for the process. We help to smoothly coordinate and support the application process for work permits, visas and residence permits.
2. Finding accommodation: With networks established over many years in the respective local real estate industry, we are the specialists for temporary and permanent accommodation. By means of professional expectation management, we always succeed in finding accommodation for cooperative employees in the tight housing market. We are a partner of AreaOne, the first meta-search engine for housing offers.
3. Settling-in: Comprehensive services are available to support the settling-in process. This covers 100% of the needs for singles, couples and families.

The Team:

Until Anders Consulting was founded, founder and owner Anja Anders worked in the HR sector, including at Unilever. She has been a recognized specialist in all areas of the relocation business since 1998.

Partner Christoph Anders comes from media marketing, later becoming self-employed, joined the relocation service Progedo Norddeutschland as a partner in 2014, and switched to Anders Consulting in 2016. He is a shareholder of start-up relocraft GmbH.

Our up to 80 relocation consultants have an extensive network of contacts with authorities and in the real estate sector. They have many years of practical experience in supporting relocation processes, are very familiar with local conditions and provide efficient support with organizational tasks. All consultants speak fluent English, and many of them also speak other languages.
