Location: The apartment is situated in the heart of Berlin within a 3 minutes walk to U Schwartzkopffstrasse (U6). This enables you to reach the central landmarks, such as Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden Street, museum island or the unique restaurant scene on Oranienburger Strasse, Torstrasse and Auguststrasse as well as many other central locations like Friedrichstraße in a few minutes. You can also walk to all above mentioned places within 20-30 minutes. The famous Alexander Platz is only 16 minutes away by metro. Both through the circle line and the Friedrichstraße train station you have an excellent connection to the BER Airport. The Central Railway station is also round the corner (10 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes on foot).

The Humboldthain Park and the Nordbahnhof Park are inviting for strolling, jogging, relaxing and playing in 12- and 7-minutes walking distance respectively. There are numerous playgrounds, restaurants, supermarkets and cafés in the nearby. Kindergartens and schools can be also found very close to the compound, the closest being only 5 minutes away.
